SCALLOPED POTATOES 
32 oz. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. grated onions
1 c. grated longhorn cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix in greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, approximately 1 hour.
