SAUSAGE HORS D'OEUVRE BALLS 
2 lbs. pork sausage
2 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sage

Mix above ingredients, form into small balls and fry. Drain. Mix together:

1 1/2 c. catsup
4 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Simmer meatballs in sauce 30 minutes.
