CRAB AND CHEESE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 can crabmeat (8 oz.)
1 jar Cheez Whiz (8 oz.)
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. English muffins (6)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic salt, mayonnaise, crabmeat and Cheez Whiz. (Microwave Cheez Whiz for 45 seconds in jar, first, for easier pouring.) Stir until blended over very low heat.

Spread mixture on toasted English muffins. Place muffins on cookie sheet and broil until bubbling. Cut each muffin into quarters. Serve hot. Yield: 48 hors d'oeuvres.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
