CRAB AND CHEESE ON ENGLISH
MUFFINS
 
1 stick of butter
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can white crab meat
Touch of salt
Touch of pepper
Touch of Tabasco sauce

Melt together ingredients and store in refrigerator. Toast English muffins and cool. Spread with mixture. Put under broiler and brown. Cut into small wedges.
