CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. chicken, cooked
1 pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar sliced pimento
1 can water chestnuts
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 c. French style green beans, drained and cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Good for freezing. To freeze, do not bake prior to freezing.
