CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. long grain & wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar pimientos, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. French style green beans, drained
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
Salt & Pepper
Grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.

A squeeze of lemon may be added when mixing. Freezes well, but do not cook before freezing.
