CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
4 tbsp. cocoa (optional)
1 can blueberry pie filling (optional)

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl, until smooth. Line muffin pan with smallest paper liners, put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner, fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Top with tablespoons of fruit if desired. You can also beat the cocoa into the mixture for chocolate cheese cakes.
