LILLIE'S PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. green or red hot pepper
1 1/2 c. green sweet pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle pectin

Remove seeds from peppers and grind. Mix with sugar and vinegar and boil 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes and pour into sterile jars. (Serve on top of Ritz crackers spread with cream cheese.)
