SAUSAGE AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced thin
1 pkg. link sausage (Hillshire Farms beef sausage is what I use)
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In a casserole dish, layer potatoes, onions, pepper, and sausage, beginning and ending with potatoes. Season each layer with salt, pepper, etc. Pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and water over top of casserole. Cover and cook about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until sausage and potatoes are done.
