RICE KRISPIE BALLS 
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. Rice Krispies

Mix all but Rice Krispies. Cook over low heat about 10 minutes. Add Rice Krispies. Cool just until can handle. Form into balls and roll in crushed nuts and coconut. Chill before serving and store in refrigerator.
