RICE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. dry rice
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. fat
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Make the hamburger, onion, rice, crackers, milk, salt, pepper, fat into small balls and fry slowly until brown in skillet. Pour off fat.

Pour tomato soup and water over balls and cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/4 hours covered.
