RICE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 lg. can tomato juice
Salt, pepper, sage

Mix ground beef, uncooked Minute Rice, and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Season with salt, pepper and sage. Form into small balls. Cover with remainder of tomato juice. Cover dish with tin foil. Bake at 550 degrees for 25 minutes.
