FLANK STEAK WITH STUFFING | |
Flank steak Salt and pepper 2 stalks chopped celery 2 chopped carrots 1/2 c. chopped onion Sprig of chopped parsley 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs Place flank steak flat on board or working surface. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Roll up steak lengthwise. Fasten with toothpicks. Place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. When baking, add 1/2 cup of water and cover. When done, slice crosswise in 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch slices and serve. |
