FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. flank steak, 1" thick
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Oregano
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. c. chopped green chilies

Score flank steak both sides, cut into serving pieces and season to taste with salt and pepper, garlic salt and oregano. Add oil and vinegar and marinate for 1 hour. Mix tomato sauce and chilies and pour over steak. Broil about 10 minutes each side. 4 servings.
