FLANK STEAK 
1 (2 lb.) flank steak
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place flank steak in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning steak often. Drain steak, reserving the marinade.

Grill steak over hot coals 10-12 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Yield 4-6 servings.
