ORIENTAL FLANK STEAK 
Time to prepare: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 5 minutes each side. Servings: 6.

1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
5 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger

Sprinkle flank steak with Adolphs meat tenderizer and pierce with fork all over. Place steak in large, shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over steak and marinate overnight, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste with marinade while grilling.

To serve, slice steak across grain into thin slices. (Recipe for marinade is enough for two flank steaks.)
