MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.
1/2 bottle soy sauce (5-6 oz. bottle)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch onion powder

Mix ingredients; pour over flank steak and marinate about 4 hours. Take from marinade and broil 4 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally into thin slices. Marinade may be stored in refrigerator for future use.
