LUMI'S EGGY BREAKFAST WRAP
This may sound strange but the taste is excellent! I've experimented with these flavors, and to get the best results, follow the directions carefully. This recipe is vegetarian-friendly and great for kids!

4 eggs (per serving)
sliced banana (optional)
sugar
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 tortilla (per serving)
grated cheese
hot sauce (optional)

SUGGESTED SEASONINGS:

lemon pepper
Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle (salt-free)
onion salt
basil leaves, crushed
salt and black pepper, to taste

Put as many eggs as needed on the skillet and keep the heat on medium-low. Scramble the eggs. Add the seasonings first. Be light on most, but be generous with the basil leaves.

Take chunks of banana (optional), 3 small chunks per serving. Put in a spoonful of sugar, which is used to balance out the strong seasonings. Sugar can be skipped if you would like a strong flavor. Add half a spoonful of olive oil. After you're done with the latter, crank up the heat and cook well or until preferred.

Heat up a tortilla (one per serving), and put the egg mixture inside. Grate the cheese into the egg mix, wrap up, and let cool. When done cooling, lather on hot sauce (optional) and dig in!

Makes one serving. Double, triple, or quadruple the ingredients as needed, and remember, there's no "wrong" way to make this recipe. Enjoy!
