GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. (This takes a while - don't give up!) Fold in pecans, crumbs, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with Cool Whip and a few chopped nuts.
