GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
18 graham crackers, roll crackers fine
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together for crust. Line 9 inch pie plate leaving out 1/3 cup for topping.

CUSTARD FILLING:

2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks (save whites)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk, flour, sugar and egg yolks together until thick and smooth. Add vanilla. Pour into lined pie plate. Beat 2 egg whites stiff adding 1/4 cup sugar, pour over custard filling. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. Can serve with whipped topping.
