SPINACH-ROMAINE SALAD 
romaine lettuce
fresh spinach
4 to 6 green onions
6 to 8 mushrooms or more
almonds
1 (20 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Cut or tear romaine lettuce and spinach.

Dressing:

2/3 c. red vinegar
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. mustard (French's)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil (add slowly)
2 tbsp. poppy seed (optional)

Put in blender to mix. Pour 1/2 or more of dressing over salad and mix.
