ROTEL SPICY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread, torn in pieces
1 egg
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chili sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread into ungreased loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour. Drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf.

Bake another 15 minutes.

Serves 8.
