KETCHUP BAKED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. ketchup
4 to 8 slices bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except ketchup and bacon. Press meat mixture into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan or 8 inch square pan. Poke holes in top with finger, spread ketchup on top, and cover with bacon. Bake one hour. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
