BUTTERMILK PIE 
4 egg yolks, reserving whites
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. seedless raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar or sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
