1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. lime juice
2 drops green food coloring
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar

Mix egg yolks, milk, lime juice and food coloring thoroughly. Chill, then place in baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until very stiff, adding 1/4 cup sugar slowly as you beat. Spread meringue on pie and place in 350 degree oven until lightly browned.
