BANANA NUT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sliced bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve 1 package of Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Chill until thickened. Add bananas and spoon into a mold. Chill until set but not firm (about 15 minutes).

Dissolve other package of Jello in a cup of boiling water. Add 1/2 cup of cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in sour cream. Add celery and walnuts. Spoon over clear layer in the mold and chill for at least 4 hours. Unmold.
