BEEF POT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Mix together ground beef, onion and mushroom soup. Put in pie crust. Bake in slow 300 degree oven until crust is brown. Remove from oven. Cover with Cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

NOTE: Pie should be in oven approximately 2 hours total time.
