KOREAN FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2-2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Remove tendons and trim steaks - score meat. In shallow baking dish stir together sesame seeds, corn oil, soy sauce, corn syrup, garlic, onion, pepper and ginger. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once. Broil steak about 6 inches from heat, about 8-10 minute. Slice steak diagonally and serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
