1 sm. head cabbage
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper

Peel outer leaves off cabbage. Then remove core, leaving hole in center of cabbage. Slice a little off bottom so cabbage will set up. Fill hole with stick of butter and salt and pepper. Wrap completely in foil very tight. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees until cabbage is tender. Enjoy.
