2 cans artichoke hearts 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Parmesan cheese Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Add other ingredients. Heat in casserole dish for 20 to 30 minutes in a moderate oven. Brown in broiler. Serve with crackers or bread toast dippers. |
