ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, wine, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl. Drain oil from artichoke hearts. Stir in drained artichoke hearts until completely blended. Chill for several hours before serving.
