AUSTIN'S ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Mix until it is a paste. Cook in microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
