PARMESAN & ARTICHOKE HEARTS DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & diced
Dash of garlic powder
Crackers or bread rounds

Combine all ingredients and spoon into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

I just love this recipe!! Really great, and adding extra dashes of random things like lemon juice and pepper really make the taste. I use the olive oil mayo when I make this because it is half the fat and half the calories too. :)
