MADDIE'S PINEAPPLE & BANANA
SMOOTHIE
 
1 banana
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup pineapple juice (saved from can)
10 ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/4 cup yogurt (your choice)

Peel the banana. Cut it in slices. Open the can of pineapple chunks and save the juice.

Put the banana, pineapple, yogurt and ice cubes. Take your saved pineapple juice and measure it to 1/2 of a cup and pour it in with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Put the sugar in and give it a little blend.

Your delicious smoothie is done! Enjoy!

Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings.
