MINCE MEAT BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1 lg. jar mince meat
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl mix first six ingredients. Stir until well moistened and crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of flour mixture; press remainder into 9"x12" pan. Spread mince meat on top. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining crust mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes (check at 15 minutes) or until golden brown. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered and at room temperature.
