DANISH PUFF 
1 hour, 350 degrees.

BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. water

Cut butter into flour as for pie crust and add water.

PUFF MIX:

1 c. water
1 stick butter

Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon almond extract. Stir in 1 cup flour and add 3 eggs, one at a time and mix well. Spread over batter.

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Milk

Place cherries and walnuts on frosting.
