SIMPLE STRING BEAN SIDE DISH
Here's a great way to get folks to eat some vegetables.

oil
fresh string beans
egg
all-purpose flour
salsa (your favorite)

Go to your market and pick out some nice fresh string beans. Chop off the ends. Make a mixture of egg and flour. This batter should be more egg than flour. One egg to two tablespoons of flour is a good start.

Get a thick coating of oil started in a fry pan. Low to medium heat since you are cooking eggs.

Grab about 6 string beans and dip them into the egg flour batter. Place them gently into the hot oil as a bunch. This is your serving. Cook and turn these bunches till they are golden brown on each side. It should take a minute or so on each side since you are just cooking the egg batter.

Drain on a paper towel and serve with a dash of any salsa on top. This can be served with beef, pork, or chicken. Enjoy!

Note: There is no need to spice up your batter since that would be done with your salsa topping.
