2 sm. red apples, quartered and thinly sliced 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 c. thinly sliced celery 6 oz. Weight Watchers Natural Mild Cheddar cheese, cut in sm. cubes 1/4 c. Weight Watchers reduced calorie mayonnaise Lettuce Dash of salt and pepper Place apples in small bowl; toss with lemon juice. Add celery and next 4 ingredients. Toss to coat. Serve on lettuce lined plate. Makes 4 servings. |
