“SMOKY APPLE AND CHEDDAR SALAD” IS IN:

SMOKY APPLE AND CHEDDAR SALAD 
2 slices Canadian bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 oz chunk reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
12 oz, green leaf/spinach mix
1 large gala apple, cored, cut into 1/2-inch wedges

In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook bacon, drain on paper towels. Cut cheese into small cubes. In a large bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, dill, onion, sugar, salt, pepper. Add lettuce and spinach. Add apple and bacon, toss gently to coat.

Top with cheddar cheese.
