COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. bunches broccoli (tops only)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 lb. crisp bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds

Prepare above the day before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix and add to broccoli mixture when served.
