CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKES 
1 pkg. chicken breasts (boneless)
Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. oil
3-4 garlic cloves
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
3 tsp. parsley
Marinated artichoke hearts (1 jar for every 3 chicken breasts)

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in skillet and saute garlic. Add chicken and brown lightly. Place chicken in large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, add vinegar and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add artichokes and bake 10 more minutes.
