CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKES 
4 chicken breasts, split
2 jars marinated artichokes
Mushrooms, sliced
Black olives, sliced
Garlic powder to taste
Dry white wine or sherry
Parmesan cheese, grated

Saute chicken in marinate from artichokes. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Simmer until chicken is done, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add cheese and serve. Serves 4 to 5.
