CHILLED RICE AND ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice A Roni
2 green onions, chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12 sliced green olives
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice as directed, except omit butter. Add onion, green pepper, and olives. Drain artichoke hearts, saving liquid. Add curry powder to mayonnaise, then add to artichoke liquid. Mix well. Add to rice, then cut up artichokes. Chill. Serves 8.
