CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE SAUCE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms stems and pieces
2/3 cup white wine
2/3 cup sour cream

Cut chicken breasts into strips, and place in casserole dish. Mix together mushroom soup, mushrooms and white wine and pour over chicken and stir. Cover and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and add sour cream. Serve over rice.
