CHICKEN WITH WHITE WINE SAUCE | |
4 half breast, chicken 1/4 c. butter Melt butter in baking dish; add chicken, skin side down. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, turn and bake 20 minutes more. Add sauce, cook another 10 minutes or until fork tender. SAUCE: Cook together in a little butter until tender: 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms Add: 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. white wine 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika Dash black pepper Heat and pour over chicken. Serve over hot rice. |
