BRUNCH DELIGHT 
8 slices bread cubes
2 lb. sausage (seasoned) partially cooked - ham or bacon can be used
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs slightly beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream mushroom soup

Place bread cubes in 9 x 13 inch pan; add cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and cut up sausage. Pour over cheese.

Refrigerate overnight. Next morning pour 1/2 cup milk mixed with mushroom soup over the top. Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
