ROAST 
Prime rib, sirloin tip, rump roast or eye of round
Salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic
Chopped onions
Chopped celery
Chopped parsley
Chopped green onions

Rub the roast with a mixture of salt, pepper and the Worcestershire sauce. Stick a few cloves of garlic into the roast. Put the oven on broil and cook the roast for a total cooking time of 20 minutes. Remove the roast and place a double handful of the vegetables on top. Replace the roast in the oven, uncovered, and reduce the heat to 350 degrees. Add 14 cup water. Let the total cooking time elapse. Cook the roast for 12 minutes per pound plus 12 minutes. If the roast is over 4 pounds, add 10 minutes; over 5 pounds, add 15 minutes; a very large roast such as 7 or 8 pounds, add 18 to 20 minutes.
