MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 box macaroni (small), cooked and drained
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
1 slice of onion, chopped fine
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
3 slices of Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Mix well and pour into greased casserole pan. Crumble potato chips and put over top. Bake at 250 degrees until bubbly 25 to 30 minutes.
