2 c. lightly packed desiccated macaroon coconut
1/3 c. red label light Karo syrup
3 drops oil of coconut

Mix together thoroughly. Chill. Roll into balls and dip in candy coating chocolate (can be bought in cake and candy supply stores). Use different colors.
