3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Mix all together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
4 tsp. milk
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
